How IHG Cashback Works

Enable Travel Agent Rate Preference
On the IHG homepage, click Rate Preference.
Under “Are you a travel agent?”, select Yes, then enter our IATA number:
After that, enter your destination, check-in / check-out dates, number of guests, and proceed with your search.

Select a Commissionable Rate
When choosing your room and rate, look for the “i” (information) icon next to the price.
Click the icon to check whether the rate is commissionable.
Important
You may choose the rate that works best for you, but only commissionable rates are eligible for cashback.
Non-commissionable rates will not qualify for cashback.

Complete Your Booking and Submit It on Our Website
Complete your reservation by entering guest and payment information as usual.
After your booking is confirmed, return to our website and click Submit Booking, and provide:
- Guest Name
- Check-in / Check-out Dates
- Hotel Group (IHG Hotels & Resorts)
- Hotel Name
- Confirmation Number
- Total Amount (before tax)
