Welcome to myStayBonus. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About myStayBonus

myStayBonus is a hotel cashback travel platform operated by Jourlite Travel LLC, a registered travel services company based in the United States.

We work with hotels and hotel groups through legitimate, commissionable travel-advisor channels and may share a portion of earned commissions with users in the form of cashback.

myStayBonus is not a hotel, travel supplier, or payment processor. We do not own, manage, or control any hotels listed on our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use myStayBonus, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Cashback Overview

Cashback is:

Not guaranteed

Subject to hotel confirmation

Earned only on eligible, commissionable rates

Issued after a completed stay

Submitting a booking does not guarantee cashback.

4. Eligible Bookings

Cashback is only available for:

Completed hotel stays

Rates that are eligible for commission

The following are not eligible for cashback:

  • Canceled bookings or no-shows
  • Employee rates, travel agent–only rates, or internal hotel rates
  • Certain package rates or deeply discounted promotional rates
  • Bookings that violate hotel or brand policies
  • Final eligibility is determined by the hotel or hotel group.

5. Best Price Guarantee Disclaimer

Some hotel brands offer their own Best Price Guarantee.

This guarantee is provided by the hotel brand, not by myStayBonus.

myStayBonus does not control hotel pricing and does not guarantee that a lower price will not appear elsewhere.

6. Currency & Cashback Payments

Bookings may be paid in currencies other than USD

Users must accurately report the booking amount and currency when submitting a booking

All cashback is issued in USD, regardless of the original payment currency

Exchange rates used by users are their responsibility

myStayBonus is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7. Cashback Status & Timing

Each booking will display a cashback status in the user account, such as:

Pending

Confirmed

Available

Cashback becomes Available only after the hotel confirms the completed stay.

Processing times vary by hotel group and may take several weeks or longer.

8. Cashback Payout Methods

Once cashback is marked Available, users may request payout via:

Check

Zelle

PayPal

Payment methods may change or expand at our discretion.

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Book travel agent–only rates using myStayBonus credentials
  • Submit false, duplicated, or manipulated bookings
  • Attempt to exploit errors, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities
  • Use the platform for commercial resale or bulk bookings
  • Violations may result in:
  • Cashback cancellation
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Forfeiture of unpaid cashback

10. Cancellations & Adjustments

If a booking is modified, partially canceled, or refunded:

Cashback may be adjusted or voided

Final determination is based on hotel confirmation

myStayBonus reserves the right to reverse cashback for ineligible bookings.

11. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee:

That cashback will always be available

That hotels will confirm commissions

That processing times will meet any specific deadline

Cashback availability depends on third-party confirmation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

myStayBonus is not liable for hotel service issues, pricing changes, or booking disputes

We are not responsible for losses arising from delayed or denied cashback

Our liability is limited to the amount of cashback actually earned and confirmed

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of myStayBonus after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts

Cancel pending or unpaid cashback

Refuse service

If we believe a user has violated these terms or engaged in abusive behavior.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
