myStayBonus is a cashback travel platform operated by Jourlite Travel LLC, a registered travel services company based in the United States.

We help users book eligible hotels, cruises, theme park tickets, travel insurance, and other travel products through approved travel-advisor and supplier channels. When a booking qualifies and the supplier confirms the eligible commission or cashback amount, we may share a portion of that amount with users in the form of cashback.

myStayBonus is not a hotel, cruise line, theme park operator, insurance provider, travel supplier, or payment processor. We do not own, manage, operate, or control any third-party travel products, suppliers, properties, ships, attractions, insurance plans, or services listed or offered through our platform.

To use myStayBonus, you must:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes

Cashback is a reward that may become available for eligible travel bookings made through myStayBonus.

Submitting a booking or requesting a booking does not guarantee cashback.

Cashback is not a discount applied at checkout. Cashback becomes available only after the applicable supplier confirms eligibility and releases the eligible commission or cashback amount.

Processing timing varies by product type and supplier. For example, hotel cashback is usually processed after the stay is completed and verified; most cruise cashback becomes available around two weeks before sailing, while a small number of cruise lines may release cashback after sailing; theme park cashback usually depends on ticket usage or supplier confirmation.

Cashback is only available for eligible travel bookings that are completed, used, sailed, or otherwise confirmed by the applicable supplier, depending on the product type.

Eligible bookings may include, but are not limited to: eligible hotel stays; eligible cruise bookings; eligible theme park tickets or packages; eligible travel insurance products; eligible vacation packages, add-ons, or other travel products.

The following are not eligible for cashback:

Final eligibility is determined by the applicable supplier, travel partner, host agency, booking platform, or intermediary.

• Canceled bookings or no-shows
• Unused, refunded, or voided tickets
• Bookings changed to a non-commissionable rate or product
• Employee rates, travel agent-only rates, internal rates, or supplier-restricted rates
• Certain package rates, resident-only offers, annual passes, group rates, or deeply discounted promotional rates
• Bookings that violate hotel, cruise line, theme park, insurance provider, or supplier policies
• Bookings transferred away from myStayBonus or Jourlite Travel LLC
• Bookings with false, incomplete, duplicated, or manipulated information
• Any booking for which the supplier does not confirm or release an eligible commission or cashback amount

Not every ticket, package, add-on, enhancement, or component is eligible for cashback. A product or component that is non-commissionable, or for which myStayBonus does not receive eligible supplier compensation, does not earn cashback even when it is included in an otherwise eligible package.

Current examples of non-cashback products and components include, without limitation:

Supplier commission rules, product names, and eligibility may change at any time. This list is illustrative and may not include every exclusion. If a supplier classifies any product or component as non-commissionable, no cashback will be issued for that product or component.

The final cashback amount and eligibility are determined and confirmed by myStayBonus based on the applicable offer terms, booking details, supplier records, and commission or other eligible compensation actually confirmed or received. For products that are not Self-book products, myStayBonus will disclose the anticipated cashback amount or rate before the reservation is finalized. The disclosed amount remains subject to adjustment if the booking, supplier payment, or eligibility changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myStayBonus reserves the sole and final right to interpret and apply its cashback offers, eligibility requirements, exclusions, calculations, and related terms.

Some hotel brands offer their own Best Price Guarantee programs.

These guarantees are provided by the hotel brand, not by myStayBonus.

myStayBonus does not control hotel pricing and does not guarantee that a lower price will not appear elsewhere.

Best Price Guarantee programs, when available, are generally hotel-specific and may not apply to cruises, theme park tickets, travel insurance, or other travel products.

Bookings may be paid in currencies other than USD.

Users must accurately report the booking amount and currency when submitting a booking, if required.

All cashback is issued in USD unless otherwise stated.

Exchange rates used by users are their responsibility. myStayBonus is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, bank fees, Wise fees, PayPal fees, Alipay fees, or other third-party transfer or currency conversion costs.

Each booking may display a cashback status in the user account, such as Pending, Confirmed, Available, or Paid.

Cashback becomes Available only after the applicable supplier confirms eligibility and releases the eligible commission or cashback amount.

Processing times vary by supplier and product type.

• Hotels: usually 30–60 days after the stay is completed and verified
• Cruises: usually around two weeks before sailing for most cruise lines; a small number may release cashback after sailing
• Theme parks: usually after ticket usage or supplier confirmation
• Travel insurance or other products: varies by supplier

Once cashback is marked Available, users may request payout through supported payout methods.

myStayBonus is not responsible for incorrect payout information provided by users, third-party payment delays, transfer fees, bank fees, currency conversion costs, or failed transfers caused by inaccurate information.

Users may not:

Violations may result in:

• Book travel agent-only rates using myStayBonus credentials
• Submit false, duplicated, incomplete, or manipulated bookings
• Attempt to exploit errors, loopholes, promotions, system vulnerabilities, or supplier policies
• Use the platform for commercial resale, unauthorized group sales, or bulk bookings without approval
• Misrepresent guest information, booking details, payment details, or travel status
• Violate the terms, rules, or policies of any hotel, cruise line, theme park, insurance provider, booking platform, or supplier
• Cashback cancellation
• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of pending, confirmed, available, or unpaid cashback
• Refusal of future service

If a booking is modified, partially canceled, fully canceled, refunded, charged back, transferred, repriced, or changed to a different product or rate:

myStayBonus reserves the right to reverse, adjust, cancel, or withhold cashback for ineligible bookings or for bookings where the supplier reverses, denies, reduces, or does not release the eligible commission or cashback amount.

We do not guarantee:

Cashback availability depends on third-party supplier confirmation.

• That cashback will always be available
• That every product, rate, sailing, ticket, package, or booking will qualify for cashback
• That suppliers will confirm or release commission
• That processing times will meet any specific deadline
• That any specific price, promotion, product, room, cabin, ticket, package, insurance plan, or add-on will remain available

All travel products and services are provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, theme parks, insurance providers, tour operators, booking platforms, and other travel suppliers.

Supplier terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, payment deadlines, age requirements, guest requirements, document requirements, health and safety rules, and other conditions may apply.

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable supplier terms before booking and before travel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myStayBonus is not liable for supplier service issues, including but not limited to:

Our liability is limited to the amount of cashback actually earned, confirmed, available, and payable for the applicable booking.

• Hotel service problems
• Cruise itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, port changes, missed ports, or onboard service issues
• Theme park closures, attraction downtime, ticket restrictions, reservation availability, date restrictions, or capacity limits
• Travel insurance coverage decisions, claim denials, exclusions, or policy limitations
• Pricing changes, availability changes, booking disputes, supplier policy changes, or payment issues
• Delayed, denied, reduced, reversed, or unavailable cashback
• Losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by users

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of myStayBonus after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to:

We may take these actions if we believe a user has violated these terms, submitted inaccurate or abusive claims, misused the platform, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Cancel pending, confirmed, available, or unpaid cashback
• Refuse service
• Restrict future bookings or payout requests

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
